If you are purchasing your card when you register for a training we will send out your TTC Premium Wallet Certificate once we have received your official certificate from the FDOT TTC Administrator.
If you are purchasing the TTC Premium Wallet Card separately and we have all the required information and can confirm your certificate with the FDOT Administrator you will get your card in 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
Yes, Your card is a replica of the exact PDF paper wallet card the FDOT TTC Administrator sends you.
We guarantee that your card will stay readable for up to 4 years. If you card fades or becomes illegible within four (4) years simply send us a picture and we will replace it free of charge, really there are not additional fees.
Hey, it happens to the best of us. If you lose your card you can call, email or contact us through chat and let us know and we will send out a replacement card, absolutely free. You can have up to 1 replacement card sent to you in a 4 year period.
Absolutely, in fact we encourage you to get at least 2 especially for those that are supervising. This allows you to always keep one in your vehicle just incase you forget your wallet.
If your not happy with your card, simply return in the mail and once received we will refund the full purchase price.
If by chance you don't pass the exam you are covered with our One Pay Exam Guarantee. This means you can take the class with us again for no additional charge. Once you pass the exam and receive an official copy from the FDOT TTC Administrator we will send you your cards.
If you chose not to retake the training with us we will provide you a full refund, no questions asked.
Yes, Once you place your order for your card we will follow up with you to get your certificate details. You will need to provide a photo of your current certificate in order for us to create your certificate.
Simply click on the chat button in the lower left of your screen and we can answer them for you mon-fri 8am-4pm. If it is during off hours you can still send us chat and we will reply via email as long as you provide us your email address or phone number.
