FDOT TTC(MOT) training and certification courses are open enrollment. This means They are open to the general public. We have a verity of TTC Intermediate, TTC Advanced and TTC Refresher courses every month. Sign up your self or register a group of employees at one time for multiple classes. All trainings have attendee caps to ensure participation and time for questions throughout the training.

Private Group training is designed for companies that want to have just their employees in the training. The benefit of this is that our instructors can personalize the training to your specific MOT/TTC needs. Whether you work on the highways or in  busy city environments, each work site has its unique challenges and dangers.

AVAILBLE FDOT TTC TRAINING COURSES

Temporary Traffic Control Certification training Consists of 3 levels of instruction including Flagger(Basic), Intermediate and Advanced. myTTConline focusses on instruction of the TTC Intermediate, Advanced and related refresher courses. All intermediate and Advanced Certified personnel can train their own flaggers. Contact myTTConline and we can provide you training material.

When working in any of the following industries listed below. Working along side the road or redirecting traffic the Florida Department of Transportation, Counties and Municipalities will require you to submit a traffic control plan. When you create the traffic control plan or execute the traffic control plan you will need to be certified in either the TTC Advanced or Intermediate Training.

TTC Intermediate Certificate

Formerly MOT Intermediate Certificate

Temporary Traffic Control Intermediate Certification training is a 16hr training. This time includes Instructor training, workshopping and exam time. 

Required for Personnel who:

Supervise the placement or field maintenance of temporary traffic control devices, excluding temporary barriers.

Inspect the placement or operational function of temporary traffic control devices excluding temporary barriers.

TTC Intermediate Refresher Certificate

Formerly MOT Intermediate Refresher Certificate

The Intermediate refresher training is designed for those that have a current TTC Intermediate certificate and they need to renew(refresher) it before it expires.

This course can be taken up until the day your certificate expires, all though we recommend taking it at least 3 months before expiration.

This training is taught over 8hrs and this includes instruction, workshopping and exam time.

TTC Advanced Certificate

Formerly MOT Advanced Certificate

Temporary Traffic Control Intermediate Certification training is a 20 training. This time includes Instructor training, workshopping and exam time. 

Required for:

The Professional Engineer responsible for the development of the Temporary Traffic Control Plan

The Worksite Traffic Supervisor in accordance with FDOT Standard Specifications, Section 102.

Personnel responsible for supervising the placement or field maintenance of temporary traffic control devices, including temporary barriers.

Personnel responsible for inspection of the placement or operational function of temporary traffic control devices, including temporary barriers. 

TTC Advanced Refresher Certificate

Formerly MOT Advanced Refresher Certificate

The TTC Advanced Refresher training is designed for those that have a current TTC Advanced certificate and they need to renew(refresher) it before it expires.

This course can be taken up until the day your certificate expires, all though we recommend taking it at least 3 months before expiration.

This training is taught over 8hrs and this includes instruction, workshopping and exam time.
