How do I log in to my myTTConline affiliate account?

Welcome to eh myTTConline Affiliate Program! We're excited to have you!

To login to your myTTConline affiliate account you need to navigate to https://myttconline.com/my-account/ then enter your username/email and password associated with your affiliate account.

 Help, I can't log in - 

Can't log in? Here are some common issues that may have occurred:

  1. If you’re using the login screen you will need to enter your email address or username (aka your “domain nickname”). If your email address isn’t working, try your username instead.
  2. If you’re copying and pasting your password, make sure you haven’t copied extra spaces at the beginning or end of the string of text. 
  3. If you’re typing your password, make sure all the characters are accurate. It’s very common to mistake a lowercase “L” with an uppercase “i” or a “zero” for the letter “O”.
  4. If you didn’t select a username (domain nickname) after checkout or were unable to complete your account setup, please submit a helpdesk ticket and place your information in the chat feature in the bottom right of your screen.

If you’re having difficulty logging in or you can’t remember your password you can reset it. 

  1. Go to the login screen found here [ https://myttconline.com/my-account/  ].
  2. Click the Forgot Password link at the bottom. 
  3. You’ll see a pop-up prompting you for your username. Enter your username (not your email), and click Reset Password. You’ll then receive a reset password email.

Note: The email should be in your inbox within a few minutes. If you don’t see it please check your spam and/or promotion folders. 


Once you click the reset password link in the email, you’ll be given a temporary password. Next, please do the following:

  1. Copy the password (you’ll need this later!) and click the “Proceed to Login” button. 
  2. Log in to your account using the temporary password
    1. To change the temporary password:
      1. Click "Change”
      2. Enter the temporary password, your new password, and your security answer
      3. Click on the pencil edit button next to the password 
      4. Navigate to “My Profile”

If you have difficulty please do not attempt to log in multiple times. Submit a helpdesk ticket using your account email with the following information so we can further assist you:

  1. Your Account Email/Username
  2. The device(s), browser(s), and operating system(s) you’re using.
  3. A video of what you’re seeing/doing when you try to log in. For screen shares, we recommend using tools Techsmith Capture or Loom. They allow you to copy and paste the URL into your message so you can send as many attachments as you need and there’s no chance of  losing one while sending.

How do I change my email associated with my myTTConline affiliate account?

Want to change your email? No problem! 

 

You can easily update the email address associated with your myTTConline affiliate account.  Your email can be changed by doing the following:

  1. Log in to your myTTConline affiliate account:  https://myttconline.com/my-account/    
  2. Click on Account Details
  3. Edit the Email field then click Save at the bottom 
  4. Check your new email to confirm that you have received the notification that your email has been updated.

How do I apply to the myTTConline affiliate program?

We’re excited  about your interest in our affiliate program!  Applying for the program is  simple: 

1. Go to the top or bottom of this page and click on the "Become An Affiliate Today!" Button.

2. Read the Affiliate Terms Of Service

3. Complete the Affiliate Sign-Up form

4. Once your approved you will get an approval email and you can start using your personlized affilate link.

Where are my affiliate links for myTTConline ?

Once you have signed up and approved as an Affiliate you can find your affiliate link in your affiliate account:

1. Once logged in, click on Affiliate

2. Click on the profile tab

3. Just under the profile tab you will see your affiliate identifier (you can change this if you would like)

4. scroll down to Referral URL, for example: https:/myttconline.com/?ref=XXXXX

5. Use this link in emails or ads to be sure you get credit for the referral.

Where are the affiliate marketing materials for myTTConline ?

We have made it as simple as copy and paste so you don't have to come up with emails if you don't want to. 

To find all of our pre-made affiliate content, simply click on the campaigns tab. From there you can copy and paste the content you want to use.

If you want something that is not in the campaigns tab please email us at [email protected] with what you are looking for and we will look at creating it for you.

Can I use the myTTConline logo or keywords in my marketing materials?

Our logos are proprietary and cannot be repurposed in your marketing materials. The use of our keywords is also against our terms of service for affiliates. 

All Approved materials that can be used will be found in your affiliate account under campaigns.

How often are affiliates paid?

The affiliate pay schedule runs on the 15th of every month. There are exceptions to this if the 15th falls on a weekend.  If the 15th falls on a Saturday, you’ll be paid on Friday the 14th. If the 15th falls on a Sunday, you’ll be paid on Monday the 16th.

Note: There is a waiting period between when a sale is made and when you’ll be paid.  All conditions must be met prior to the payment date. For example, if a sale is made today this payment would be paid out 30-60 days post refund period on product and  completion of the training.

 As a reminder, there are certain criteria that must be met before you’re paid for your sales: 

  1. Earned commissions (“Commissions Due”) shall be paid to the affiliate monthly for commissions earned before the end of the prior month provided: 
    1. Affiliate has earned at least $100 (one hundred US dollars) in Commissions Due for the current period 
    2. Affiliate has made at least two sales since acceptance; 
      1. Note: One sale = one customer, rebills are not counted as multiple sales
    3. EGRH Holdings LLC. has received  funds due and owing from the relevant customer(s) for the current period; and... 
    4. The refund period on the sales for which the commission applied has passed (currently 30 days) 

Why haven't I been paid yet?

There are certain conditions that must be met before an affiliate is paid. The conditions are as follows: 

  1. Earned commissions (“Commissions Due”) shall be paid to affiliate monthly for commissions earned before the end of the prior month, provided: 
    1. Affiliate has earned at least $100 (one hundred US dollars) in Commissions Due for the current period 
    2. Affiliate has made at least two sales since acceptance; 
      1. Note: One sale = one customer, rebills are not counted as multiple sales
    3. EGRH Holdings LLC. has received  all funds due and owing from the relevant customer(s) for the current period; and... 
    4. The refund period on sales for which the commission applied has passed (currently 30 days). 
  2. We have a bank account on file with routing and account number
  3. We have received a W-9 form for tax purposes
  4. You have signed and submitted your affiliate agreement

 How do I update the tax Information in my account?

Someone else got my sale, what can I do?

This is an easy fix!

There are several reasons why someone else would get credited for a sale:

  • The last person who clicked the affiliate link gets the sale. Your customer may have clicked on your link, then on the other affiliate's link, then that affiliate gets the sale since they were the last link to be clicked before the customer made a purchase.  
  • The customer clicked on that affiliate's link through an ad, on YouTube, or in a blog post sometime before purchasing their subscription. Our affiliate links carry a 90-day cookie that attaches to the lead's browser. 
  • The customer may have clicked on your link from another browser, then purchased with a different browser. Your affiliate link's cookie will not transfer to other browsers. 
  • When promoting, we highly recommend only using your raw affiliate link. Using masking links or tracking links could potentially strip your link's cookie. Be sure to test thoroughly if you need to use masking or tracking links. 

In the best interest of our customers, we want to make sure they’re happy to use our platforms and are correctly tied to the affiliate of their choice. Our policy is for customers to personally verify which affiliate they’d like to be associated with if there’s a discrepancy. Doing this eliminates confusion regarding who gets credit for them subscribing to any of our products. Customers should direct their emails to [email protected].

Can I use my affiliate link for my own use?

Unfortunately, there will be NO commission payments paid on PERSONAL USE sales of the product(s). 
 
This directly violates the Affiliate Terms and Conditions under Compensation: 
 
“A Qualified Action herein does not include any action (i) using the affiliates own link to purchase the product for their personal use.”  

 Why was I denied?

There are multiple reasons why an application to become an affiliate may be denied acceptance.  Many of these issue can be easily fixed.

 We recommend you take a look at the common reasons for affiliate program denials (listed below). We encourage you to make updates and reapply when ready. 

  1. Fill out your application in full
    1. Include social media link(s)
    2. Include website link(s) if relevant
  2. Information on your application must be  true and accurate
  3. Information on your application must be detailed and represent you
  4. Your website must be professional and organized if applicable

What is a Reserve?

The money shown in the Reserve column is earned commissions that have not yet cleared payout milestones. As the milestones are passed , these credits will be moved to the "Due" column. These are funds we’ve not yet received from the customer or their payment processor. Therefore, we do not have those funds to pay you yet. That money is only paid after we receive payment. 

Can I use 3rd party or masking tracking links?

We strongly recommend only using your raw affiliate link when promoting. Using masking links or 3rd party tracking links could potentially remove or block your affiliate link's cookie. 

 When your affiliate link's cookie is removed or blocked your link will not register any clicks or sales. Therefore, if you must use masking links or 3rd party tracking links, we strongly recommend thoroughly testing before deploying.

If I'm an affiliate for one product, am I automatically an affiliate for ALL products?

Yes! 

Any products and services are set up to be tracked with your affiliate link.

When new product or services is created you will be notified when it is ready to be promoted.

Affiliate Terms Of Service Summary

It is absolutely vital that every affiliate adhere to the HIGHEST POSSIBLE STANDARDS of Ethical & Legal Conduct while promoting myTTConline.

Additionally, the Federal Trade Commission has recently more clearly defined best practices for affiliate marketers, and it is our position that all affiliates of myTTConline must use these guidelines and regulations as Standard Operating Procedure during their endorsement or promotion.

Step 2 – In addition to the FTC Guidelines, please observe the following Best Practices:

When you promote, make sure you:

  • Include your Affiliate Disclaimers and Disclosures. The bottom line is, if you make a sale via an affiliate link, it’s because you’re getting paid to do so – be honest about that. Include these disclaimers during email or advertising promotions.
  • Include your relevant Privacy Policies on sites that you are promoting myTTConline with. ** Include your Terms of Service on sites that you are promoting myTTConline with.
  • Include your Forward Looking Earnings Statements on sites that you are promoting myTTConline with.
  • DO NOT SPAM (Do NOT send JUNK or UNQUALIFIED TRAFFIC to this Content)
  • Don’t TWITTER SPAM or Social Media Spam
  • Don’t misrepresent yourself as a “typical result” or as a “typical customer” when you promote this offer
  • Be transparent and authentic – We’ll treat your prospects with MASSIVE RESPECT!
  • When deploying paid ads, don't bid on keywords including any of our trademarked names such as myTTConline or myTTConline.com E

There will be NO commission payments paid on PERSONAL USE Sales of the Product – meaning, if the only purpose in joining this affiliate program was to get a commission on a sale for personal use of WebinarJam or EverWebinar. That’s just not cool.

Eligibility for prizes dependent on performance of monthly/yearly rebills with respect to the average. Affiliates can not encourage leads to sign up solely for the purposes of the trial sign up to obtain 3rd party bonus or play for any promotional prizes.
