I think it gave a good overview of temporary traffic control methodologies and has good practical applications to not only those folks who work in the field but for also engineers who are tasked with specifying the appropriate Standard Indexes on their work plans. I thought the pace of presentation was good and organized, and the example problems were informative. I most liked having a hardcopy of the Standard Indexes to follow along with the presentation, and also for reference for the exam.
