This course was wonderful, Glen is an amazing instructor. The material can be dense and Glen took his time to explain things in an understandable and relatable way that was not boring or dense. He took the time to stay late on day 1 and help several of us with the math, and tables and understanding and feeling comfortable with the materials. I feel more confident in my ability to read, understand and plan for appropriate MOT/TTCP plans, and be safe while implementing our own closures, detours or diversions.
